Bookings

• Online bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may shorten your appointment or require rescheduling.
• You may cancel or reschedule using the link in your confirmation email, subject to our cancellation window.

Walk-ins

On walk-in days we welcome customers without an appointment, served in order of arrival and subject to barber availability. Walk-in days may not offer online booking.

Prices & services

Prices shown on the website are indicative. Final charges may vary if additional services are requested in the chair. We will confirm any change before proceeding.

Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving abusively or in a way that disrupts other customers or staff.

Limitation of liability

We provide grooming services with reasonable care. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from missed appointments beyond any fees explicitly stated at booking.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
